Allyson Felix
Allyson Nicole Felix was born on the 18th of November the 18th of November, 1985, in Los Angeles. Paul Felix served as an ordinand in Sun Valley at Master's Seminary. Marlean Felix taught at Balboa Magnet. Felix was an athlete of the highest level and developed a passion of sprinting while in the sprints at Los Angeles Baptist High School. She came second at the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships in only 10 weeks, after the first time she tried out. Felix finished her high school education and was signed to an agreement to Adidas. In the year 2004, she began her studies at her first year at the University of Southern California, which is where she studied elementary education. A year later Felix won the first Olympic medal during the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens Greece setting a junior world record by sprinting 200 meters in 22.18 seconds. She was the youngest world champion in the 200 meters in the Helsinki World Championships and defended her title again in 2007, beating her long-time Jamaican opponent Veronica Campbell. Felix consistently placed within the top third in each event she competed in at Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
