Gugulethu Sophie Mbatha, also popularly known as Gugu - is a British stage and film actress. Her fame was boosted by starring in the BBC's 'Doctor Who,' a British science-fiction television show. Gugu was famous for her character Tish Jones in the show on BBC. The character was sister to a main character who was named Martha Jones. Gugu was set to pursue a career in acting after the audience were captivated by the vivacious and spirited personality. Gugu has also appeared in a variety of other British TV and stage shows to the present. Critics have praised her for her performance in "Belle" (2013), an English period drama as well as "Beyond the lights" the romantic comedy. The actress also appeared on American productions on television, including "Undercover", a Tom Hanks comedy film, as well as the series "Touch". Gugu mbatha-Raw portrayed an actress in Jessica Swale's"Nell Gwynn," a play, who is both an actress and lover of the King of England as well as Scotland. The performance was highly praised by critics, who commended her for her talents. Gugu was awarded the Evening Standard Theatre Award as the Best Actress. Chelsea Joy Handler born 25th February 1975 Livingston New Jersey. She was one of the six smallest children. Handler was the daughter of a car salesman and housewife. Her mother was born in Germany and immigrated in America. United States as a young woman in 1958. In 1989, she was diagnosed with cancer and died ten years afterward. Handler is a reform Jew Her father was Jewish. Handler was raised in a safe neighborhood and was a very happy child. When she was only 19, she made the decision to relocate in Los Angeles and pursue acting. Handler employed as an actor in order to support her family. Handler took the decision to concentrate on stand-up when she was 21, after she realized her story telling abilities. Handler made her debut on the Oxygen Network's Girls Behaving Badly the reality series that featured an in-camera hidden camera and a practical comedy. The reality series ran from 2002-2005. The host then appeared in other programs such as Weekends at the D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler worked on The Tonight Show for a period of time as a correspondent. Handler gained notoriety in 2006 hosting her E! show. The Chelsea Handler Show. The show lasted for two seasons. Handler later performed in the US as part of the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend & HBO have shown Handler's stand-up performances. In 2010 she hosted the MTV Video Music Awards 2010 were revealed. The only woman to ever host VMAs after Roseanne Bar.
